Enjoy a seasonal tasting menu with optional wine progression at a table exclusively yours all evening, with a direct view of our kitchen and hearth.
The price per menu ranges from $398 to $538 – depending on day of the week and time of year.
THE SALON
Ten to fifteen guests
Along with a seated seasonal tasting menu and optional wine progression at a table exclusively yours all evening, the Salon experience begins with a canapé and Champagne reception.

WINE PROGRESSION
A recommended wine progression can be added for $198 for the Nightly Pairing, or $298 for the Reserve Pairing, per person.
EXCLUSIVE USE
Seated dinner for up to 28 guests in the Dining Room, up to 36 guests with use of our Salon, or a cocktail reception for up to 45 is available with a full buyout.
Available for both lunch and dinner, with a variety of configurations, experiences, and menus for a fully tailored event. With exclusive use, we are also happy to craft unique beverages, experiences, and parting offerings for your guests.

Our custom-built open kitchen with copper pots and native dried flowers overhead is interwoven with a striking space at once elegant and powerful. Seasonal floral arrangements and cashmere throws are juxtaposed with rare taxidermy and exposed brick.
